Playing a role as head of delegate, with leadership and teamwork, my team and I created a legal review entitled “Privasi di Ujung Jari: Tinjauan Legal Framework dan Manifestasi Hukum pada Formulasi Operasional Marketplace terhadap Kebocoran Data Pribadi Konsumen dalam Transaksi Elektronik” and secure the place of one of the most highest file score and the final achievement as stated above.
The competition under the main theme “Corporate Law 101: Due Diligence in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Transactions.” This is my first legal competition, I learned a lot about the method of academic writing for legal opinions that must be wrapped in a compact, to the point, and brief but must remain clear and complete, ways of researching (especially legal research) quickly and accurately.

ASEAN Youth Organization
I stumbled upon my zeal and enthuasism in being part of the ASEAN Youth Organization (AYO) as my first involvement working in a southeast exposure organization. I was part of the Marketing Communications Team as a Graphic Designer in AYO HeadQuarters (HQ).

I am responsible for creating the necessary designs, and trustworthy in charge for ASEAN’s Public Holiday. As a results, I am so familiar with some of cultural celebration all around ASEAN member state. I am also participating in it’s event to grow and develop my insights such as webinars or the internal organizations development. This 2024, I was recommended by my director to join a bigger project program so I am no longer handling socmed related content.

Girl Up is a campaign of the United Nations Foundation concerned on women empowerment and gender equality issues. GU Unpad was initiated on 26 Nov 2019. In my role as a VSCO officer, I spearheaded the design process for all

essential components. I collaborated with the team to bring to life the overarching design concept that embodies the essence of GU's social media presence. This involved creating impactful visuals such as posters, infographics, merchandises, campaign for instagram stories, and many more, aligning them seamlessly with our brand's identity and messaging.

ALSA Law Dialectic Podcast #13
The Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) comprises of ALSA International, ALSA National Chapter, and ALSA Local Chapter which spearheaded to the universities under the national chapters. In ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Padjadjaran that organize under the ALSA Indonesia (National Chapter), I took part as Staff of Law Development. This sub-division aims to develop academic knowledge from a legal aspect. I am in charge of the ALSA Law Dialectic Podcast (ALDP) #13, which aims to discuss legal issues that occur from various fields of law. This podcast discusses the implications of the dynamics of the rupiah exchange rate and the strategic steps of banks in dealing with it. In my podcasts, we collaborate with one of Legal Advisor of Bank Indonesia. Furthermore, I also take part to be a researcher in ALSA Indonesia Specialized Research Team, and make publications to ALSA Law Review Magazine by ALSA International.

I serve on FH Unpad's Student Executive Board in the Advocacy and Student Welfare department. Here, my peers and I bridge the gap between students and faculty concerning education and academics. We share
crucial information, organize events supporting the law faculty, offer advocacy for students, and foster self-development through monthly writing initiatives. Our outreach includes disseminating academic updates via @carecentre_fhunpad and managing an OA Line account for direct student advocacy and inquiries. We liaise with study programs and deans to address student needs, facilitate alumni scholarships, advocate for student concerns to the dean, raise mental health awareness, and distribute academic flyers. I am in charge for being a project officer of Seminar Edukasi Program Kekhususan which will be elaborate later in the project section of this portfolio.







Gantari Asa
Gantari Asa stands as a Social Community Project initiated by a team of 10 individuals, myself included as one of the co-founders. It serves as a platform to amplify awareness regarding shared concerns and provides a space to discover hope amid life's challenges. Within Gantari Asa, I hold the role of leading the design department. Our primary task involves creating visually compelling content addressing pertinent societal issues. Our specialization lies in crafting diverse designs such as feeds, reels, posters, podcast covers, templates, and various other graphical elements.

FlashCampus
InspiraLaw

Flashcampus is an organization that focuses on youth self-development through educational aspects. With the platform www.flashcampus.com, flashcampus facilitates thousands of students throughout Indonesia with a variety of activities to support college life with the most complete range of activities and opportunities in Indonesia such as internships, competitions, events, scholarships, and volunteers. Flashcampus also strives to provide facilities for thousands of students throughout Indonesia to join its Mentoring program by presenting more than 100 mentors from various fields who are very dedicated and expert. I took the role as a graphic designer in a paid internship. As usual, I am responsible for created a visual language so that publications related to flashcampus programs could be spread widely and promote to friends to find out the various opportunities available at flashcampus to support their education!
InspiraLaw, a digital education platform initiated by law students across multiple Indonesian colleges and universities, is dedicated to providing valuable insights and information for those interested in legal studies. As a Graphic Designer for six months, I've been involved in creating content for its social media platforms, sharing knowledge about legal matters. In addition to design work, I've honed my leadership and teamwork abilities by serving as a design coordinator for Inspiratalk #2 and contributing to the publications, documentation, and design teams for Inspiratalk #3.






The Aces Indonesia

The Aces Indonesia is a welcoming platform that strives for youth-to-youth empowerment through uplifting projects. During my initial three-month tenure as a dedicated volunteer of graphic designer, I crafted various visual content, collaborated closely with an illustrator partner, and designed materials for The Aces' events. As a results, in October i was rewarded as Volunteer of The Month. Afterward, I transitioned to the permanent role of Head of Visual Art, where I lead a new design framework for volunteers, foster collaboration between departments, and initiated a program to develop design skills in new talents. I also wanted to honed the skills of the team so I make a program called Graphic Designer & Gaphic Designer 101. By the end of period, Visual Art divisions were awarded as Best Division.


Create Generation
Create Generation is a global educational organization where I've served as a Graphic Designer for 3 months. My role involves crafting designs aligned with the organization's guidelines to visually communicate messages on global education. I believe in expressing educational issues not just through teaching but by sharing visually engaging content. Crafting educational infographics allows me to contribute and voice these concerns effectively, engaging audiences in meaningful ways.
One notable event we orchestrated was CRATIEVAL 1.0 (Create Generation Education Festival), a webinar featuring prominent figures in Indonesian education—Aktsa Effendy, Parama Suteja, and Leonardo Edwin. The theme revolved around Perspectives, Opportunities, and Implementation of Education for the Young Generation. The event garnered 710 registrants and provided valuable insights from the speakers. As a gesture of appreciation, Create Generation highlighted the team behind the scenes on their Instagram.





Moreover, the proceeds from CRATIEVAL 1.0 were donated to support three street schools, furthering our commitment to bolstering education for those in need.

Seminar Edukasi Program Kekhususan
Project Officer
Being part of Staff of Advocacy and Student Welfare at the Student Executive Board, I am responsible for managing “Seminar Edukasi Program Kekhususan.” My role as a project officer emerging to be the leader of the whole team to manage the events, a role that involves coordinating a comprehensive program aimed at familiarizing students with the 9 specialty programs offered at FH Unpad. This initiative spans 5 days, featuring dual sessions on one day, each delving into 2 specialty programs. These sessions encompass diverse content: lectures/seminars by esteemed faculty, engaging talk show sessions with lecturers, student representatives, and outstanding students, Q&A segments, and interactive games with prizes for each session.










This impactful event boasted participation from 27 speakers, including 9 heads of student associations, 9 exceptional students, and 9 department heads or faculty representatives from each specialty program. The culmination of this seminar resulted in the creation of informative infographics for each specialty program, which are available for viewing on @carecentre_fhunpad and @bemfhunpad. Moreover, the event's output is housed on carrd.co with the link above, containing detailed summaries of each program session, recorded Zoom events, and insightful infographics. Importantly, this resource is freely accessible to all FH Unpad students without any limitations, serving as a valuable aid in their decision-making process when selecting specializations for their academic journey. By the end of the event, we accumulated the audience for 5 consecutive days and the total audience reached 800 which 300 more than the target (500 audiences).
Ultimately, this seminar not only imparts academic knowledge but also fosters educational insights crucial for the academic growth of FH Unpad students. But beyond the events it self, I couldn’t done it without the helps from my wonderful team! That’s why I love to work in a team.

ALSA Law Dialectic Podcast #13
ALSA Law Dialectic Podcast (ALDP) is a podcast under the law development subdivision of ALSA LC Unpad. This podcast will highlight and discuss current legal issues that are relevant in the legal system and are associated with legal expert sources, both credible practitioners and academics according to the topic presented. As the PIC of ALDP #13, my partner, Sultan Aidil, and I raised a topic from the field of economic law entitled “Implications of Rupiah Exchange Rate Dynamics and The Strategic Steps of Indonesian Banks in Dealing with it.” We bought the expert practitioners from the Legal Advisor of Central Bank of Indonesia, Edwin Anggadinata Wirtadjaja.


ALDP #13 will take audiences to understand how the Indonesia’s rupiah exchange rate is currently, including in the post covid-19 situation and how geopolitical instability will affect it. This podcast will also talk about the impact of dynamics of rupiah exchange rate stability on banking products such as credit risk, asset quality, and interest interest rates. Not to forget, this podcast also explores legal protection to customers, regulations that are directly related to directly related to the issue. We will also be taken to understand the role of Bank Indonesia in creating strategic strategic steps that are preventive, anticipatory, and solutive with regard to the dynamics of the rupiah exchange rate.



ALSA Indonesia Specialized Research Team
ALSA Indonesia Specialized Research Team (AISRT) is a normative-based research program that describes the legal gap between empirical data and normative rules. In its implementation, the research will use relevant data from institutions and experts related to the object of research studied. The final result of the AISRT program is a research paper which will then be given to government agencies and stakeholders through hearing mechanisms or other mechanisms in accordance with agreements with stakeholders, as well as published to the wider community through media partners and social media ALSA Indonesia.
Each of the researchers are having 2 final results, one from the team’s paper result, and another one from our joint research. I play a role as a team leader in my team and also in the joint research. My team conducted a doctrinal research with a juridical normative approach regarding the criminalization of Insider Trading in Domestic Investment: A Comparative Study with the US Law as a Legal Basis for National Legal Reconstruction. This experience and project honed my skills in meticulous research methodologies, critical analysis, and the synthesis of complex legal concepts into coherent arguments. We collected data through an interview with an academic, a lecturer from Diponegoro University, Prof. Dr. Paramita Prananingtyas, S.H., LL. M.

We plan to present our research results to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as the supervisor of capital market activities in Indonesia later in February 2024. In our joint research, I also play a pivotal role to be the leader. We plan to conduct a research regarding the topic of the intellectual property rights as collateral for bank loans. However, our joint research hasn’t begun yet because we focus on completing each team research first.

In May 2022, I received an invitation to be a speaker at one of the internal program events called the Functional Development Program held by InspiraLaw after I was no longer there as a volunteer. I was asked to give a presentation on the theme entitled “Improving on Designing E-Content.” This is my very first experience to be the speaker who presented material about design. I’m a bit nervous, but undoubtedly I accepted the invitation and tried my best to share my knowledge about the basic principles of design that appeals to audiences, especially for e-content. After the event, I unexpectedly got a lot of praise and appreciation that I really grateful for. This is one of a remarkable projects for being a speakers!

As I became an alumnus of my high school, we held an event called Eksak Doeta. Eksak Doeta (campus exploration) is an annual event held too provide information about the world of college to high school students. Here, I became a


committee member as the head of design sub-division as well as a speaker in the exploration session for the art & design major. Even though I am a law student, I am given an honor to speak about the art & design major because I’ve been targeting into the major before I become a law student.



In May 2023, at Company Visit PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. & Seminar and Workshop by HIMA EKO FH Unpad 2023, I acted as a moderator who guided the seminar and workshop sessions under the theme entitled “Understanding

Dispute Resolutions in Banking Companies.” I also need to ensure that the discussion or conversation in the forum, takes place according to the main topic that has been determined. This was my very first experience as a moderator which make this project is memorable!

Fundraising Art Exhibition by Asmaraloka Chapters

This is my first time painting in canvas and first time dare to expect this work will be displayed. Upon the inaugural instance of experiencing profound elation and gratitude, I was profoundly moved as numerous individuals beheld and appreciated my work. This piece is called "Gaze of the Sacrificial Reflections: Unveiling the Dreamer's Path,” made by acrylic in canvas with a size 50 x 60 cm. The painting is accepted to showcased at Asmaraloka Art Exhibition in 13-15th October 2023 at Ashta District 8, South Jakarta and for sale at Rp 5.800.000.
