ALSA Indonesia Specialized Research Team

ALSA Indonesia Specialized Research Team (AISRT) is a normative-based research program that describes the legal gap between empirical data and normative rules. In its implementation, the research will use relevant data from institutions and experts related to the object of research studied. The final result of the AISRT program is a research paper which will then be given to government agencies and stakeholders through hearing mechanisms or other mechanisms in accordance with agreements with stakeholders, as well as published to the wider community through media partners and social media ALSA Indonesia.

Each of the researchers are having 2 final results, one from the team’s paper result, and another one from our joint research. We plan to present our research results to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as the supervisor of capital market activities in Indonesia later in February 2024. In our joint research, I also play a pivotal role to be the leader. We plan to conduct a research regarding the topic of the intellectual property rights as collateral for bank loans. However, our joint research hasn’t begun yet because we focus on completing each team research first.

Speaker at Functional Development Program InspiraLaw

After the event, I unexpectedly got a lot of praise and appreciation that I really grateful for. This is one of a remarkable projects for being a speakers!
